Jiangmen Yilin was founded in 1998, focusing on providing precision copper parts for kitchen and sanitary industry.
The factory is located in Jiangmen Xinhui, the capital of Chinese Overseas Chinese Township. It covers 11 mu of plant and living area. It has more than 120 employees, including 8 engineers and 10 technicians.
After years of accumulation and precipitation in the industry, the factory has continuously developed and integrated, fully equipped with copper forging, machining, stamping, surface polishing, electroplating, surface wire drawing and PVD vacuum coating processing and process control capabilities. The factory has a small processing center, 30 CNC precision CNC lathes, 10 CNC precision turning and milling machines, 10 automatic hydraulic machines and 2 multi-arc ion vacuum coating machines and equipped with projectors, film thickness testers and other advanced detection instruments to ensure quality stability.
We customize production according to different customer needs or market requirements, mainly providing the following materials: low lead copper, lead-free copper, European standard copper (CW614N, CW617N), national standard copper (Hpb59-1), DR anti-dezincification copper (CW603N), etc.
